Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use DreamReel AI to create, request, upload, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or that violates the rights of others. This applies regardless of whether the content is fictional, satirical, or generated "just to test" the system.

The following is never permitted on DreamReel AI, without exception:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexualized depiction of minors, real or fictional, including stylized or animated depictions.
• Non-consensual likeness or deepfakes of real people, including sexual or intimate depictions, defamatory content, or impersonation used to deceive, harass, or damage someone's reputation.
• Violence or gore created to harass, threaten, or intimidate a specific real person or group, including content glorifying real-world violence, terrorism, or self-harm.
• Illegal content of any kind, including material that facilitates fraud, trafficking, weapons manufacturing, or other criminal activity.
• Impersonation of real individuals, brands, or organizations in a way intended to mislead, defraud, or damage reputation.
• Hateful content that promotes discrimination, dehumanization, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar characteristics.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery of any person, real or synthetic, styled to appear real.
• Content designed to spread election or public-health misinformation, or to impersonate news organizations or public officials.

If your prompt or uploaded reference material includes the name, image, voice, or likeness of a real person, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or consent to use that likeness, or that the use qualifies as clearly transformative commentary, satire, or parody permitted by law. DreamReel AI may require proof of consent for likeness-based generations and may reject requests at its discretion.

• Do not attempt to bypass content filters, safety systems, or rate limits.
• Do not use automated tools to scrape, mass-generate, or resell access to the Service without authorization.
• Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our underlying AI models.
• Do not use the Service to generate spam, malware, or phishing content.

We use a combination of automated moderation and human review to enforce this policy. Violations may result in immediate content removal, credit forfeiture (without refund, per our Refund Policy), account suspension or termination, and, where required, reporting to law enforcement or the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or equivalent authorities.

If you encounter content on DreamReel AI that appears to violate this policy, report it immediately via our Help Center or by emailing support@dreamreelai.app with "AUP Violation" in the subject line. We review all reports promptly.

This AUP works alongside our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. In case of conflict, the more restrictive provision applies.
