If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@dreamreelai.app if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

• DreamReel AI operates on a credit and/or subscription basis, described at time of purchase.
• Credits are consumed when you generate scripts, visuals, voiceovers, or export videos.
• Subscription plans automatically renew until cancelled; you may cancel any time from your account settings.
• Prices, credit costs, and included features may change with reasonable prior notice.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy and Community Guidelines. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these policies, including content depicting minors in sexual contexts, non-consensual likeness or deepfakes of real people, or other prohibited material.

You retain ownership of the prompts, scripts, and source materials you upload ("Inputs"). Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, you own the videos, images, audio, and other outputs generated for you by the Service ("Outputs"), and may use them for personal or commercial purposes. You grant DreamReel AI a limited license to process your Inputs and Outputs solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service.

Outputs are generated by artificial intelligence models and may contain inaccuracies, unexpected artifacts, or content that does not fully match your prompt. DreamReel AI does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or fitness of any Output for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing Outputs before publishing or distributing them.

The Service, including its software, models, design, and branding, is owned by DreamReel AI and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud, or as required by law. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account settings.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DreamReel AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to DreamReel AI in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
