If you believe that content generated, hosted, or shared through DreamReel AI infringes your copyright, you (or your authorized agent) may submit a written takedown notice to our designated Copyright Agent at support@dreamreelai.app with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request."

To be effective, your notice must include:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail (e.g., URL, project ID) for us to locate it.
• Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review it and may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content, notify the user who submitted the content, and take further action as appropriate, including account suspension for repeat infringers.

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including: your contact information, identification of the removed content and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts in your district (or ours, if outside the US). We will forward valid counter-notifications to the original complainant and may restore the content after 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.

DreamReel AI will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright.

Please note that under the DMCA and similar laws, submitting a knowingly false takedown or counter-notification may expose you to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
